We execute the agreed upon design for the client down to the last detail.
Yard Clean Outs: $500 minimum.
When a clients has the need for a crew to come in prune or remove over-grown shrubbery amd small trees, pick and remove yard debris, and tackle any other yard needs that have accumulated. **
Potting Services: $250 minimum.
Removing last seasons plants and putting in a splash of color for the new season!
Raised Veggie Beds: $1000 minimum.
Building, filling and initial planting of all our clients veggie needs.
** NOTE: please be aware that there are restrictions and limitations on what we can do. For example, we do not get on roofs to clean debris and leaves for liability reasons, etc.
BUDGETING:
Throughout our years of experience, most clients find it easier to do extensive projects in phases. So we break down their home or building into 4 spaces: Front-yard, Right-yard, Backyard, and Left-yard. The pricing below is how much you can expect to spend when wanting to landscape EACH AREA respectively.
These are not hard prices, merely suggested financial points for our prospective clients. Each property is unique and may alter our final estimated pricing. For example, many clients like the appearance of rock, but do not realize that depending what type of rock is selected, it can be 4 - 10 times more expensive than mulch to lay the exact same square footage. Not to mention, we would recommend laying down weed mat to prevent the rock from being buried over time, which is an added cost that most clients do not consider. As well as, the additional upkeep of having to continually keep the rock leaf and debris free otherwise the rock will get buried over time anyway. Again, small details like this are things discussed in our consultation that makes going with a knowledgeable landscape professional worth it.
RESIDENTIAL:
$500 - $3000+: depending on the size of the yard and what the client wants, this is the minimal budget for a solid day of detailing or a clean out, or a small landscape installation typically using the smallest sized plants available.
$3000 - $5000+: depending on the size of the yard and what the client wants, this can be a satisfactory budget for a landscape installation on what most clients are looking to achieve with the understanding that time needs to be allotted for plants to fill in and establish.
$5000 - $100,000+: depending on the size of the yard and what the client wants, this can be a healthy budget for a landscape installation on what most clients are looking to achieve with privacy and is closer looking to an established appearance.
COMMERCIAL:
$500 - $5000+: depending on the size of the yard and what the client wants, this is the minimal budget for a solid day of detailing or a clean out, or a small landscape installation.
$5000 - $15,000+: depending on the size of the yard and what the client wants, this can be a satisfactory budget for a landscape installation.
$15,000 - $150,000+: depending on the size of the yard and what the client wants, this can be a healthy budget for a landscape installation on what most clients are looking to achieve.
